We ship multiple orders with the same cargo.

Your orders are delivered to the cargo in 3 days at the latest.

We work with DHL cargo as a carrier. They deliver on average in a week all over the world. You can also see the shipping cost on the payment screen.

My order has not been delivered or delivered to the wrong address. What can I do?
The customer owns the customs duties that may arise. Product prices do not include VAT.

DELIVERY

Estimated delivery dates are based upon several contributing factors (i.e. the destination address, how quickly item(s) are assembled and prepared for shipment, weather delays, etc). Estimated delivery may be calculated by combining processing and shipping time. Processing Time + Shipping Time= Estimated Delivery Processing occurs from the time the order is received up until the order has been physically dispatched. Each item undergoes a series of quality assurance tests prior to shipment to assure top quality products and customers complete satisfaction. The complete processing time may vary depending on complexity, design, and product sizing. Larger orders may take longer to process. Normal processing time is 1-3 business days however may be delayed for various circumstances (i.e. stock availability, high-demand season, national holidays, etc). If an order consists of a highly requested item and is experiencing stock availability issues, the order may take 7-20 business days to process. Shipping time is estimated and begins the date the order is in transit by the carrier. Normal shipping time is 3-7 business days. Contact us for bulk purchases, shipping costs. In the event of an error at the address specified, a contact is made with the carrier regarding the order that cannot be delivered.

After delivery of your order, you will receive the shipping tracking number.

You can track the status of your cargo at this number. As much as the customer, we have a responsibility to the bank where we use the credit card system to make the delivery happen. If you believe there is any damage to the product, do not pick up the product by attaching a receipt to the carrier.
